About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting technicians with workshop tasks, sourcing and ordering parts, and responding to phone enquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and ordering spare parts efficiently
  • Providing assistance to technicians on the back-counter
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Managing high-volume phone enquiries with professionalism
