Senior ServiceNow Professional

This position entails providing expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Crafting complex workflows to automate business processes
  • Developing and deploying custom applications within the ServiceNow platform
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow instances

In addition to your technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for success in this role. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions into our organizational infrastructure.

This is a contract position that requires you to work onsite 3 days/week in one of our locations: Downtown Atlanta, GA; Downtown Charlotte, NC; or Downtown Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ITSM principles, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, and experience with ITOM and SPM.

Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
  • Strong background in ITSM; ITOM and SPM experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
