Clinical Trials Assistant - Laboratory Processing

Job Description:

  • This is a fixed-term, full-time role based in Melbourne that involves supporting the coordination and management of laboratory processing for both investigator and industry-sponsored clinical trials.
  • You will report to the Clinical Trials Manager and be responsible for providing support for research activities related to Haematology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You must have a natural communicator with a caring approach. You should be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team, building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a clinical setting within a hospital or pharmaceuticals setting.
  • Previous experience working with tissue/blood sample collections, processing, and storage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in health or science.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
