High-level Technical Expertise for Strategic Customers

We are seeking a seasoned technologist to serve as the senior-most technical expert and advisor for our most strategic and technically complex customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers onsite and be able to translate customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions aligned with cloud infrastructure technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to key enterprise customers, providing technical insights and best practices that support their business goals.
  • Leading architectural discussions, design sessions, and solution reviews to ensure optimal application of cloud infrastructure offerings in customer environments.
  • Diagnosing complex technical issues and delivering effective, strategic solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Desirable skills and qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager) in cloud networking, security, or web infrastructure.
  • Extensive knowledge of networking protocols, cybersecurity, web performance, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies and similar web infrastructure and security solutions is highly desirable.
