About this role

This position is a vital part of our team, where you'll be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in alignment with our values and policies. As a Complaints Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our organisation, using empathy to investigate and resolve complex issues.

You will lead triage and coordination of complex complaints, advising and collaborating with leaders and Directors to ensure timely, effective resolutions and improvements to service. You will also investigate complaint causes and collaborate across the organisation to recommend improvements.

In this pivotal role, you'll contribute directly to fostering a positive relationship with the community and delivering exceptional service. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior managers and Directors to ensure that customers receive fair outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead triage and coordination of complex complaints
  • Investigate complaint causes and collaborate across the organisation
  • Manage complex customers and provide guidance across the organisation
  • Conduct formal investigations and internal reviews
  • Manage Complaints team workload and provide guidance and feedback
  • Provide line management, mentoring, and support to Complaints Officers
  • Implement Quality Assurance Framework to improve complaint handling and customer experience
  • Lead operational reports and communication on complaint performance and service delivery targets
