About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer and Educator to join our team as a Training Advisor - Individual Support. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training services to students, empowering them to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Accredited and Non-Accredited Training: Provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Assess Student Skills and Abilities: Assess the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offering and ensure they receive the best possible support.
  • Manage Case Load: Ensure management of own case load is maintained within identified milestones, ensuring timely and effective delivery of training services.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment: Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support: Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years' industry experience in a related field.
  • Driver's Licence: Hold a current Driver's Licence.
  • Police Check: Hold a current, clear National Police Check.
  • Working With Children Check: Hold a current Working With Children Check or QLD Blue Card.
