About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at AirTree Ventures Pty. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock takes, cycle counts, and ad-hoc checks.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure a safe and efficient working environment, including identifying and mitigating workplace hazards and maintaining a secure and compliant environment for all employees.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely delivery and service, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Systems: Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately and in real-time.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on various facets of the operation relating to inventory.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven inventory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, preferably in B2C or eCommerce.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and work with competing priorities.
  • Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to perform all duties in the warehouse.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Reliable and collaborative team member with excellent communication skills.
  • Safety and Compliance: Strong commitment to safety and compliance, with ability to adhere to Safe Operating Procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with WMS systems.
