Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Leader to join our Kingpin Townsville team. As a Supervisor, you will lead and delegate to our FunSquad on shift with a passionate and nurturing style. You will be supported by and also provide support to the management team, ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate our FunSquad to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business results
  • Maintain a razor-sharp focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to create positive relationships with guests and staff
  • Natural talent for motivating sales and driving business growth
  • Extensive availability across night times and weekends
