Due to a significant growth strategy across the New South Wales region, Bradnam's Windows and Doors have an exciting opening for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our inclusive team at our Nowra branch.

About this opportunity

The successful candidate will partner with a team of Sales Representatives to provide administrative and coordination of building plans interpretation to accurately enter data in quotation systems. With exceptional knowledge retention skills, you'll bring the 'Bradnam's Difference' to ensure timely service is provided to valued customers.

About you

  • Possess previous work experience in a customer service position within the building industry.
  • Building industry codes and quoting systems knowledge is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • Thrive when working in diverse environments, both as part of an inclusive team and independently.
  • Self-starter who has a strong willingness to learn and a desire to grow within the industry.
  • Positive and flexible to adapt to business needs when priorities shift.
