Job Opportunity

This role involves driving sales growth, cultivating opportunities, and providing technical assistance to customers in a designated area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accountable for profitable pump sales growth, both capital expenditures and services, for assigned sites.
  • Proactively identify and develop sales opportunities as well as respond to RFQ's, RFI's and tenders to ensure consistent growth in the allocated area year on year.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and service issues with technical expertise support.
  • Develop and achieve strategic plans to boost growth and aftermarket retention tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Track and report market share analysis focusing on closing opportunity gaps.
  • Create pump trial proposals based on solid business cases.
  • Provide accurate quarterly budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned sites.
  • Maintain customer records using CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in Kalgoorlie Goldfields.
  • Strong understanding of the mining industry and relevant experience.
  • Experience in maintenance support.
