At our organization, your primary focus will be driving sales for our products and services. You will be able to provide clients with exceptional service across all communication channels. Your role will involve the following:

Sales Growth:
  • Drive sales by promoting and selling our products and services.
  • Identify and generate client pipelines using your strong sales skills.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Client Service:
  • Deliver excellent customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
Performance and Goal Orientation:
  • Work towards specific key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Expand your knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and our platforms and products.
  • Strive to achieve team and individual metrics, contributing to overall success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in the online trading industry. Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, support, consulting, or similar fields would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers. Confident communication skills or a willingness to enhance them are required.
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities. Proactive in addressing challenges, displaying a problem-solving mindset. Diligent worker driven to achieve results, fearless when faced with obstacles.
  • Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences.
  • Proficiency in English.
