About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the challenge of ensuring our business units have what they need, when they need it and at the right price.

This involves participating in strategy development for relevant sourcing activities, assisting in developing and or coordinating scope of work writing for contracts, managing contract register ensuring projects are executed in time to replace expiring contracts and establishing and managing appropriate relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in strategy development for relevant sourcing activities.
  • Assist in developing and or coordinating scope of work writing for contracts;
  • Manage contract register ensuring projects are executed in time to replace expiring contracts;
  • Establish and manage appropriate relationships with internal stakeholders by being the key point for end user queries;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in a commercial, legal or engineering related discipline;
  • Several years' experience in a similar role in contract management, supply chain or commercial team;
  • Experience in drafting and/or managing contracts, major equipment contracts, Site services and support contracts.
