About the Role
The Credit Policy team is responsible for developing and maintaining a framework that ensures the Bank's credit risk profile aligns with its strategic objectives.
This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Bank's business goals by managing commercial risk and ensuring alignment with risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining the Bank's Commercial Risk Policy, including consumer and commercial lending.
Experience, Capabilities and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in commercial banking, with experience in lending, credit decisioning or credit risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to suit different situations.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- A flexible and innovative approach to working, with a focus on process efficiency.
