Hearing Aid Audiologist Role Overview:
This exciting role involves conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, providing and selling the most suitable hearing solutions, and delivering premium after-sales service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough hearing assessments and provide tailored hearing solutions based on individual needs
- Complete accurate customer records and audiograms on our CMS system
- Adhere to company working practices and standards of performance, conduct, and ethics
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development
- Qualifications: Qualified HAD or Pre-Registered HAD
- Registration: Hold current HCPC registration
- Membership: Be a member or prepared to become a member of BSHAA
- Skills: Strong IT skills for effective use of company systems and equipment
- Time Management: Demonstrate ability to manage workload effectively and efficiently
- Driving Licence: Hold a current driving licence
