Job Description

As a skilled hospitality professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service, ensuring that every interaction with our guests is warm, welcoming, and memorable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently processing guest check-ins and check-outs, including assigning rooms and managing room key activation/deactivation
  • Managing all payment types, such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
  • Anticipating sold-out situations and identifying alternative accommodations when necessary
  • Processing daily reports, identifying special requests, and verifying report accuracy

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
