Transport Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven sales specialist to promote and sell Isuzu trucks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers in the transport industry.

You will have previous sales experience, preferably in a dealership environment, and a valid heavy vehicle driver's license. You will be a well-rounded individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also have a proven ability to negotiate and persuade customers to purchase Isuzu trucks, while understanding their needs and providing expert advice and guidance on truck specifications, features, and benefits.

In addition to your sales skills, you will be driven to achieve sales targets. You will also have experience with Pentana ERA software or be willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the transport industry
  • Promote and sell Isuzu trucks to meet customer needs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on truck specifications, features, and benefits
  • Conduct truck demonstrations and test drives to showcase capabilities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
About You:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Valid heavy vehicle driver's license or willingness to obtain one
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Experience with Pentana ERA software or willingness to learn
