Housekeeping Attendant Role

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Deliver excellent customer service and greet guests politely upon arrival and departure.
  • Clean and maintain allocated rooms to the highest standards within designated timeframes, adhering to operational policies and procedures.
  • Replenish and control guest supplies effectively.
  • Report maintenance needs to supervisors and adhere to housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professional appearance and report any unusual situations or potential health hazards.
  • Assist other departments when required and carry out additional duties as directed.
