Medical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Director to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will oversee the physician workforce, provide strategic guidance, and act as a liaison to the national medical network.

  • Oversight of the physician workforce, including rostering and resource allocation
  • Strategic leadership and coaching to clinicians and staff members, enabling them to reach their full potential
  • Liaison to the national medical network and provision of clinical expertise to the centre management and staff
  • Support for leadership development, with a focus on multi-dimensional growth

About You

  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate, coach, and manage diverse clinicians
  • Broad clinical experience and knowledge of legislative environments
  • Ability to deliver timely service and a history of driving results
  • Detail-oriented management style with a consultative approach
  • General Registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
