About the Role:

As a Residential Wastewater Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to homeowners. Your primary responsibilities will involve installing, maintaining and repairing residential wastewater systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of wastewater systems, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining effective communication with colleagues and management.
