About the Role

We are seeking ambitious graduates who possess a strong desire to learn and grow. As a help desk operator, you will be the face of our IT department, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining computer systems and providing support during system downtime
  • Responsibility for PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment
  • Maintaining user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed
  • Assisting with new user onboarding
  • Keeping an accurate inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading PC software
Requirements:
  • The ability to use your initiative and work independently
  • A positive attitude towards additional tasks as needed
  • Experience in installing, maintaining, and supporting IT equipment
  • Expertise in supporting Windows desktop environments
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong focus on customer service and commitment
Eligibility:

To be eligible for this role, you must have graduated within the last three years or expect to finish by mid-2025. You must also hold unrestricted working rights in Australia until at least February 2028.
