Job Description:

Zycus Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to lead our APAC operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. As the driving force behind our customer-centric approach, you'll be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Customer Success Strategy: Create a tailored customer success strategy aligned with global goals and regional market demands.
  • Lead High-Impact Customer Success Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing European Customer Success team, setting measurable KPIs and customer success metrics.
  • Enhance Customer Retention and Growth: Drive initiatives for customer retention, product adoption, and expansion through collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to align customer success strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Customer Success Data & Analytics: Use data and customer insights to monitor customer health, identify trends, and proactively address challenges.
