Occupational Health Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our client, a leading health advisor, on a Full-time Permanent basis in Hobart & Davonport. They deliver high-quality medical assessments, pre-employment checks, and workplace health services to a range of industries.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive pre-employment/health assessments including functional capacity assessments, drug & alcohol testing, and health surveillance checks. Additionally, they will perform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate health records and work as part of a team to finalise compliant assessments.
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders including Doctors and other specialised health professionals to deliver a streamlined health assessment service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in occupational health, workplace assessments, or a clinical background in a similar setting is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.

What's On Offer:

  • Monday to Friday hours.
  • Base salary plus superannuation and Nursing Award Standard penalties.
  • Travel allowances if required.
