  • About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for a junior solicitor to work in all areas of Wills & Estates. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on estate planning, drafting Wills, enduring powers of attorney, and appointments of enduring guardian.

    • Estate Litigation:

      • Legal research and analysis;

      • Drafting observations to Counsel and writing legal correspondence;

      • Interviewing witnesses and drafting affidavits;

    • Advising executors/administrators and beneficiaries on the administration of deceased estates.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong research, analytical, and drafting abilities. A strong academic background (High Distinction or Distinction average) and admission to practice law in NSW are also essential.

    • A keen interest to learn;

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients;

    • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
