**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Instructor to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality training programs in electrotechnology.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver training programs in electrotechnology, including lectures, practical sessions, and assessments.
- Work with industry partners to ensure training programs are relevant and meet industry needs.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, including guidance on career pathways and industry connections.
- Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials, including curriculum design and assessment development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver training programs, including team teaching and mentoring.
**Requirements**
- Appropriate post-secondary qualifications in electrotechnology or a related field.
- Current Victorian Electrical A Grade License and Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and teaching methodologies.
- Current Working with Children Check.
