We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Supervisor to join our team here at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo, Madame Tussauds Sydney and Immersive Gamebox. The role will be focused on supporting the Commercial Management in ensuring profitable and smooth operations of the Games and Experiences outlets, while promoting world class services to the guests.

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for guest experience and sales with a focus on fun. You will be proactive in your approach to guest service with a positive attitude towards interaction with our guests along all points of their journey.

  • Strong technical and administrative skills, and the ability to learn new operating systems
  • A love for games and providing memorable experiences for our guests
  • Adept problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage a team and to resolve conflict
  • Adhere to core values through language, behaviour and actions
  • Positive role model and demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and capabilities
  • Ability to follow health, safety and security practices
