The role of Digital Marketing Manager is a critical position within our organization. This job entails taking full ownership of the CRM and digital marketing function, with a focus on driving growth and engagement.

About the Position

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will lead CRM management, campaign execution, and digital strategy, with the scope to introduce marketing automation from scratch.

You will work closely with sales to engage key audiences, and play a pivotal role in launching a new product.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, flat-structured environment where you will have the autonomy to create, test, and refine your approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to its full potential
  • Build and execute targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn (organic), and paid channels (with agency support)
  • Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline engagement
  • Partner with sales to target, attract, and convert high-value leads
  • Track performance using CRM data and Google Analytics, providing actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives
  • Support the launch of a new product
Requirements:
  • Proven CRM experience: building, executing, and optimizing campaigns (Microsoft Dynamics ideal)
  • Strong digital marketing skills across email, social, and paid channels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, reporting, and translating insights into action
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude
  • Financial services or complex product marketing experience is a plus, but not essential
