Job Title: Development and Traffic Specialist

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our Infrastructure Planning team as a Development and Traffic Specialist.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support on development assessments, focusing on traffic, civil works, and construction inspections. They will play a valuable part in shaping our asset management, design, and engineering initiatives.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical advice and services related to development assessment, traffic, and civil works.
  • Supporting the development of infrastructure projects through planning, design, and construction phases.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and consultation on complex development matters.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing and submitting reports, recommendations, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Engineering (or equivalent) and relevant experience in civil construction and subdivision development.
  • Demonstrated high-level communication skills, both oral and written, including negotiation and consultation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
