Our Services

  • Personal Care: assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Domestic Assistance: help with household chores, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Social Support: companionship, emotional support, and transportation services

What We Offer

Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and support services. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

You will also have:

  • A Certificate III/IV or equivalent in Individual Support (Aged or Disability), or be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • A registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or a willingness to obtain them
