Drive New Sales in Sydney's Building Market

This Australian owned business is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new sales across the Sydney building market.

The role involves developing and facilitating profitable growth of National Accounts through product mix and providing value add solutions. You will assist States/Branches to achieve relevant revenue and tonne targets through current and new client engagement activities.

You will develop, foster and support stronger business 'partnerships' with key customers. Additionally, you will oversee the Pricing Team's activities and ensure they provide relevant pricing structures, support and outcomes for the business.

Liaising with senior Sales and Marketing Managers is also a key aspect of this role, as you activate relevant national plans.

In terms of your background, you will need experience across the building material markets. You must be able to showcase how you drive new business and develop relationships. Your commercial acumen should be excellent, with proven key customer and leadership achievements.

A proven track record of winning new business is essential. You should possess strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

This established Australian business offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
