Job Description

The Assistant Customer Fulfillment Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the operational, commercial, and team member foundations of the Customer Fulfillment Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CFC Manager to drive the WooliesX and Group strategy within the CFC to ensure delivery of the eCom strategy.
  • Lead teams to ensure availability and freshness of stock to provide an exceptional level of service to all Online customers.
  • Review key customer metrics daily and identify areas for improvement.
  • Closely work with Payroll and Admin Manager to ensure recruitment is maintained and teams are rostered correctly.
  • Collaborate with Online Commercial and Online Replenishment teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with the local community to strengthen positive relationships and build the brand.
  • Lead the CFC in the absence of the CFC Manager.
  • Identify & develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Group.
