Job Responsibilities
  • Delivery of Training Programs
    • Design, deliver, and assess accredited training programs that meet current industry standards and student needs
  • Engagement with Learners and Industry Partners
    • Engage diverse learners and industry partners through effective communication and collaboration
  • Record Keeping and Continuous Improvement
    • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
    • Support continuous improvement through ongoing professional development and mentoring
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) or willingness to obtain with support and mentoring
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage learners of all ages and experience levels
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience
