About the Role

We are looking for a talented Part-Time Sales Assistant who loves retail, loves a challenge, and loves making a positive impact. You will support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and provide an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members.

  • Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
  • Collecting, sorting, and pricing donations in store;
  • Assisting in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation;
  • Providing exceptional customer service;
  • Displaying stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.
About You

Previous experience in retail sales is not essential. What is essential is your passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment. You will be a high-energy, hands-on individual with a strong track record in providing extraordinary customer service.

You will be an outstanding written and verbal communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Solid technical skills are also highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail.
