**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Education professional to join our team in the 3-4 year old room. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored support for children who require additional assistance to fully participate in the learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the inclusion of children with additional needs in the 3-4 year old room.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Director and Room Leader to develop and implement individualised education plans.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to children requiring additional assistance.
  • Foster positive, respectful, and supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children with additional needs (preferable).
  • Passion for inclusive education and supporting children with diverse learning requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team and families.
  • A current Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience or willingness to support children under the Inclusion Support Subsidy (ISS) program.
