Job Role

The Workspace Experience Manager will play a key role in shaping the company's hospitality experience. This involves overseeing day-to-day operations, community engagement, and service delivery across multiple sites in Sydney.

Main Duties
  • Manage clubhouse operations, including office spaces, cafes, and serviced meeting spaces.
  • Foster a dynamic community through member engagement, feedback, and initiative enhancement.
  • Lead a diverse team, promoting collaboration, professional development, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including landlords and contractors.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to maximise occupancy and customer retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing teams in hospitality or customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and community-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Ability to drive operational success and achieve business objectives.
