- Deliver high-quality support services to existing business clients
- Process returns and claims in a timely manner
- Manage orders from receipt to completion
- Perform administrative tasks as required
- Promote products to meet customers' needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in a call center or similar role
- Ability to build strong relationships and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
- Team player with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in distribution or warehousing an asset
- Previous sales or relationship-building experience highly desirable
