Aerospace Engineering Lecturer/Senior Lecturer Opportunity at UNSW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Engineering Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to join our team at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our students and faculty, while advancing your own career in academia.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Aerospace Engineering.
- To conduct research and publish papers in reputable journals, with a focus on flight dynamics and control, avionics and aerospace systems, and/or aerospace structural design.
- To engage with industry partners and attract funding for learning and teaching initiatives.
- To contribute to curriculum development and improvement, and to participate in academic governance and administrative activities.
Requirements:
- A PhD in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of educational excellence in aerospace engineering, including experience in teaching and learning design, course development, and student supervision.
- Ability to interact with industry partners and attract funding for learning and teaching initiatives.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities, and commitment to attending relevant training.
