Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of population health programs and initiatives that promote healthy eating and active living among older adults.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications at graduate level or above in population health, health promotion, public health, or other relevant areas.
- Project management skills, including demonstrated ability to plan, implement, evaluate, and disseminate a population health project report.
- Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain partnerships with community, government, and business organizations and agencies.
- High-level written and oral communication skills, computer skills, and negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand, and work with, and within, a range of systems, sectors, and agencies to implement change.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a cross-cultural context, particularly with members of the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander community and Culturally & Linguistically Diverse communities.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Current Driver's License valid within Australia.
