About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Primary Education Tutor to join our team at Kip McGrath Education Centre in Regents Park. As a Primary Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our students' lives by providing high-quality education and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching to students in a small group setting
  • Develop and implement tailored learning programs to meet the needs of individual students
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Teaching degree or currently in the final year of your degree
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Right to Work in Australia
  • Reliability, high attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work afternoon/evenings
  • Friendly, professional, and personable manner
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and vibrant personality that inspires and motivates students
  • Confidence in using software and computers
  • Ability and willingness to teach both face-to-face in our Regents Park centre and online, as required by management after completing the training requirements
