About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at dnata. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of ground services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a professional team of airport operations staff to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of airport ground services, including ramp and baggage handling.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance and operational metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in airport operations or a related field.
  • Operational Knowledge and Skills
    • Strong knowledge of airport operations and ground services.
    • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management
    • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
