Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team in the Explosive Ordnance field. The ideal candidate will have strong training and assessment skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality training programs that equip participants with essential skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured training programs that meet industry standards
  • Conduct assessments at multiple locations
  • Develop and update training materials according to industry requirements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Defence and Thales practices

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in the Explosive Ordnance field
  • Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Suite
