Position Overview

We are in search of a driven and skilled Business Analyst to enhance our consulting capabilities. In this role, you will be instrumental in comprehending client requirements, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and formulating effective strategies to stimulate business advancement. This position calls for an individual who is selfless, innovative, and courageous, thriving in a dynamic and demanding setting.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of client requirements, including their objectives, processes, and challenges, to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to innovative solutions.
  • Developing and delivering clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Assisting in the execution of initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and desired outcomes.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices, offering thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients and colleagues.
  • Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of internal processes and methodologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our consulting services.

Qualifications

  • A relevant tertiary qualification; IIBA certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting or professional services context.
  • Experience in business process modeling and business case development.
  • Strong analytical abilities to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret extensive datasets.
  • Proficiency in tools and techniques such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to varied audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • A selfless, creative, and courageous mindset, embracing challenges with resilience and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
