Restaurant Operations Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our store and kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of our menu and exceptional customer experience.
Manage key performance indicators, including financials and rostering, to drive business growth and efficiency.
Supervise and coach team members to deliver outstanding service and quality food, aligning with our company values and standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
RequirementsWe seek a highly motivated and experienced leader who is passionate about food and restaurant operations.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or kitchen management is preferred, with a proven track record of success in team leadership and customer satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
