Christian Classroom Teacher

Seeking a dedicated and passionate classroom teacher to lead the Christian formation of students in a supportive learning environment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will:
- Lead the Christian formation of students with integrity;
- Deliver pastoral care from a genuine Christian faith;
- Contribute to cross-cultural understanding among students;
- Develop an approach to education that is grounded in biblical principles, focused on Christ, culturally engaging, and academically rigorous.
Priority will be given to applicants familiar with explicit instruction methods.
You will teach the prescribed curriculum in a conducive learning environment to foster students' interests, skills, and abilities. You will also contribute to the school community by participating in staff meetings, extra-curricular activities, and liaising with parents as needed.
RequirementsA relevant bachelor's degree and any additional teaching qualifications (e.g., Master of Education) are required. A passion for impacting students' minds and hearts, and providing a safe and supportive learning environment, is essential.
Key qualities include being highly relational, committed to a holistic view of teaching and student welfare, and eager to collaborate with colleagues in developing and implementing teaching and learning programs.
