Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Operations Officer to provide exceptional technical assistance and customer service.

This role will involve troubleshooting incidents lodged at the Service Desk relating to hardware, software, and related infrastructure, escalating issues to Level 3 technical staff or external technology partners as required.

  • Maintaining ownership of assigned incidents and service requests
  • Supporting various business divisions with the ordering of new and replacement technology devices
  • Assisting in creating Knowledge Base Articles, videos, and user guides after resolutions to assist Service Desk Staff resolve more calls at First Point of Contact

  • A minimum 4-5 years' experience in a similar role within a Service Desk environment
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Good problem-solving techniques
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical instructions remotely
  • A solid understanding of MS Office Suites and Applications (O365 preferred), and Citrix
  • Windows Domain and Active directory experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support and services to internal customers.
