Job Title: AI Development Expert

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-calibre product squad based in Sydney, working alongside a Product Manager, Designer, Data Scientist, and Principal Engineer to define and ship the MVP. You'll play a key role in shaping architecture, driving decisions, and delivering tangible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on exposure to Generative AI: LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, etc.
  • A pragmatic, collaborative approach to product development
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, zero-legacy environments
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Design, and Data teams
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI and its applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
