The role of a Sandwich Artist at Subway is a challenging yet highly rewarding opportunity to serve and add value to customer needs in an efficient and friendly manner.
You will be required to work various shifts, including morning, day/ lunch, evening and night shifts. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.
School going students are welcome to apply, and previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable but not essential.
You will receive full training and undertake various courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of sandwiches and other food items
- Ensuring food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards
- Complying with Food Code of Practice
- Operating the till
- Monitoring stock levels
- Receiving deliveries
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Following security & safety procedures
- Maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers
- Maintaining high personal presentation in the uniform
- Working effectively as a team member
- Providing exceptional customer service
