About Us

As a retail sales assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service and creates a magical shopping experience.

This is a casual role requiring flexible availability from November to January inclusive of weekends, some weekdays, and peak trade times such as Black Friday, Cyber weekend, Boxing Day, and Public Holidays.

  • Greet customers with a smile and assist them in locating items
  • Maintain the store's appearance by replenishing stock and performing general upkeep tasks
  • Create an unforgettable shopping experience during the holiday season
  • No prior experience is necessary; we provide induction and training to ensure your success
