Our team is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description

This role involves delivering top-notch customer experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for providing food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adhering to company health and safety protocols.

Your primary focus will be on providing professional and friendly service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing cash transactions, operating point-of-sale systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year minimum experience in a similar role in restaurants, hotels, functions or events
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Physical fitness and reliability
