Financial Crime Compliance Specialist

As a Financial Crime Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in the detection and prevention of financial crime within our organization. You will work closely with our Financial Crime Domain team to ensure that all financial crime projects are properly scoped, planned, and executed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize financial crime risks;
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks;
  • Monitor and analyze financial crime data to identify trends and patterns;
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on financial crime compliance matters;
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, law, business);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial crime compliance or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of financial crime laws and regulations;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
