We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities, committed to providing top-notch patient care. The successful candidate will join our Anaesthetic Unit, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Prioritize safety for both patients and staff
- Guide and supervise nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs)
- Educate and support patients in managing their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or in progress)
- Working with Children check (if applicable)
- Dedication to Quality Patient Care
- Adherence to ACQSHC National standards
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency
If selected for this role, compensation will be determined based on relevant registered nursing experience, in accordance with the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF – ACT Nurses and Midwives' – Enterprise Agreement.
